ABOUT HHIG
I launched HHIG to offer the highest level of service to my customers and their employees. With more than 15 years in the insurance industry, I have seen how slight changes in the healthcare industry can lead to growing frustrations. My goal is to be the most knowledgeable, thorough and critical advisor I can be for my clients. For the past nine years, I have had the opportunity to work for two great companies. ProService Hawaii enabled me to understand business labor and HR problems, identify them, and provide solutions to address specific requirements. HMAA trained me to focus on the health care industry, understanding the nuances of each carrier, but it was a captive position. I had no qualms in informing my customers and prospects when they had other options from what I was able to provide at the time. This experience has driven me to make changes so I can help guide my clients instead of just steering them in the right direction.
